About the AddUse Toolbox

The AddUse tool is a web based tool that helps you create, manage and present your user research in a simple, easy and cost efficient way. It's a tool to use at any given moment in your development process. It presents the results from your user tests, surveys and questionnaires in a graphical way, efficiently helping engineering, marketing and management groups to make the right decisions.

The Adduce tool allows you to administrate, handle and manage all your resources, like test users' data, questions, use cases etc. All your stored resources will be easily reached, edited, updated and possible to use in any upcoming project

The main focus in the tool is of course about the testing activities themselves. The tool gives you an easy way to create and handle projects that could contain any number of Surveys and User trials. AddUse gives you an opportunity to tailor your test for any particular test case and helps you create, view, edit and delete partial or entire projects at any time. It is easy to add the questions, use cases and users. Then you can send out a questionnaire via email at the press of a button, or create a manually supervised user test.

The AddUse tool stores and manage the data collected from the tests as well as prepare and analyze them. This gives you as an administrator the ability to select the way you want to present the results. This gives you an option to present the result as a number of different graphs for KPI results, as well an option to present it as a more traditional report.

The first version of the AddUse Tool is based on existing ISO standards for measuring usability in products and services. It is developed by Adduce AB, a company with over 20 years of experience of usability testing and measurement of usability.
